Scott Steven's Says "Katrina" was a Man-Made storm
OK guys and gals, now I've seen it all. This may be the strangest thing you have ever heard about. It is even stranger than the tornado intercept vehicle that I was driving behind in Tornado Alley this past Spring.
Many of you might remember the uproar that was created by Scott Stevens, the "Weathercaster" that was on TV here in Albany, NY in the early 1990's. Mr. Stevens claimed he was a Meteorologist and said he had his BS degree in Meteorology. One day WRGB found out that he'd been lying about his credentials and abruptly fired him. I have recently come to learn that that this person is now working at KPVI and has some really out of this world claims. A U.S. News Reporter was recently watching Scott Stevens weathercast and reported that Stevens said Hurricane Katrina was a man-made storm and was created using human engineering and technology!!?!? In a nutshell, he claims that Hurricane Katrina, Ophelia and many other weather systems and phenomena are being created and manipulated by human beings with old engineering technology...and they have been for 30-40 years now. That's right, he's not sure if it's the Americans or the Russians that have this secret technology, but he is certain these storms and other weather phenomena are man-made and did not form naturally. Yeah...yawn, just what I thought too.
